The Role:

• They require a full-time Residential Conveyancer for their Leicester office.
• You will be managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Providing a personal and professional service to clients.
• Guiding clients through the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
• Dealing with complex transactions such as sales and purchases, new builds, plot sales and help to buy.

The Candidate:

• You will be experienced in handling a conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
• Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Residential Property Solicitor.
• Ideally with 1+ years’ PQE.
• Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service.
• A strong knowledge of the Leicestershire conveyancing market.
