Aviation Finance Lawyer, Dublin

Niche role for a finance lawyer from NQ- 4 PQE, to move to the high-ranking, specialist aviation finance team of this leading commercial firm in Ireland.

Ideally candidates with have had exposure to aviation or assert finance however general banking, corporate finance or financial services lawyers with an interest in a move to aviation finance are also invited to apply.

The specialist nature of this role will mean you will be involved in advising clients on the financing and leasing of aircraft working closely with aircraft/ engine financing companies and a number of large national and international airlines.

The role will involve advising on:

• Financing
• Leasing
• Commercial debt
• Export credit agency support
• Aircraft engine trading
• Cross border, international agreements

Regarded as one of the strongest aviation finance teams in Europe, this is a unique opportunity to move into a fast paced and dynamic team working on cutting edge transactions, working with major players in this sector.
