Paralegal Team Leader

Our client, a highly prestigious law firm based in Birmingham is looking to hire two paralegal team leaders, one on a permanent basis and the other on an initial three month contract.

These roles require candidates to have previous team leading experience. On a day to day basis you will be allocating and quality checking work, supervising the team, assisting the head of the department to ensure projects are running smoothly and to prepare briefing notes for the relevant teams.

Our client is seeking candidates who are either UK or Foreign Qualified (with a current practicing certificate) and who have experience with supervising a team of paralegals. Previous knowledge and experience in litigation, real estate and or corporate would be preferable.
