Urgently seeking a newly qualified Residential Conveyancer for a long term locum role based a commutable distance from London successful Locum Residential Conveyancer will be handling a caseload of Residential Property matters including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, plot sales and more.

Applicants for this Residential role should have experience dealing with all aspects of Property Law, specifically Residential property as well as having a general legal knowledge. Experience should include sales, purchases, and acquisitions of both freehold and leasehold properties.
