E&W Qualified Corporate Associate - Dubai
My client are a key player in the Middle Eastern market and have been advising businesses in the UAE for over 15 years. Operating collaboratively with the other Middle Eastern offices, you can expect to work on a range of diverse M&A, joint venture, and privatisation transactions, acting for world leading clients.
The corporate partner is looking for an E&W qualified corporate associate, with at least 3 years PQE. Those who are both in the region already and considering a relocation are encouraged to apply. You will be joining a team of top-ranked corporate lawyers from a variety of backgrounds.
Key requirements:
• 4+PQE
• E&W Qualified
• Cross-border transactional experience
