Multilingual Paralegal

Our client, a US company specialising in digital marketing solutions, with offices across the globe, is looking for a Paralegal to support the legal department with the drafting and translation of their multilingual commercial contract.

The position will mainly involve supporting the Senior Counsel in reviewing and drafting various contracts and agreements including non-disclosure agreements. There will also be an emphasis on translation and drafting in French and Spanish, due to the global nature of the business. The successful candidate will also deal with day to day legal queries.

The post is expected to last at least 6 months initially and this will be an interesting opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in commercial contracts to utilise their language skills with the potential for a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts including NDAs
• Business proficient French and Spanish, at least
• Experience of drafting legal documents in French and Spanish
• Experience with IT services contracts, however not essential
