Legal Counsel (8+ PQE) Shanghai - 14746/TTL

This Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company is seeking a PRC-qualified legal compliance lawyer to take on a Senior Legal Compliance Manager covering its operations in China. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on business initiatives, contract drafting, HR and business operations matters. Ideally, you have a law degree from US/UK with 8 years’ relevant PRC at top-tier domestic or international law firms. Candidates with in-house experience in the healthcare industry are preferred. Familiarity with the international or PRC’s rules and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. You must have strong drafting and negotiation skills plus fluent English and Mandarin.  REF: 14746/TTL
