Regulatory Lawyer, Private Banking, 7+

An opportunity for a commercially minded regulatory lawyer has arisen in the private banking arm of this international bank.  Working closely with the business alongside transactional lawyers, this role will see you providing regulatory advice on lending matters.

You will be responsible for drafting and updating contractual documentation arising from regulatory change; advising on legal and regulatory issues relating to banking; implementing new regulations; and getting involved in project work. 

You may be working in a City firm, or have already made the move in-house to a retail/private bank, and have a strong regulatory background particularly in relation to MCOB/CCA, with a minimum of 7 years PQE.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business who offer an excellent work-life balance and compensation package.
