Corporate Solicitor 2 years+ PQE Birmingham

International law firm has a new opening to suit an experienced corporate solicitor to join their market leading corporate team in Birmingham.

Our client has an outstanding reputation for corporate law and is home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including high value corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, property and engineering/manufacturing.

Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint an associate with a minimum of 2 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Midlands from another centre or London.

With at least 2 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of working on good sized transactions. You'll have the licence in this role to develop your technical skills whilst building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
