Are you an experienced lawyer with 8+ years PQE within corporate law and, able to communicate at business level in German and English? Looking to partner with stakeholders at the very highest levels in a company?
I have a fantastic opportunity for you within a highly reputable, multinational brand based in Germany.
You will advise on a range of work and provide legal content of the Supervisory Board Report, Compensation Report and Corporate Governance Report. You will also deliver legal advice to the Supervisory and Executive Board on corporate law, stock corporation law and capital markets law.
The ideal individual will;
- Be 8+ years PQE
- Have excellent English and German, both written and verbal
- Be able to manage multiple priorities to accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines
You will also need your Law Degree (Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen)
