We are currently recruiting for a Residential Development Lawyer to join the Stratford-upon-Avon offices of a high rated law firm who do quality work on a national basis. The office are based in the heart of Stratford with excellent offices and a friendly, supportive team.

The Commercial Property team offer a full legal service to a diverse range of clients and have a real focus and passion for the Social Housing sector. This role would be supporting and developing the Social Housing team specifically with an emphasis on Residential Development. The team have a busy pipeline of business and have successfully pitched for various projects to assist Social Housing providers on everything from restructuring to charitable conversions.

In this role you will be assisting client in acquisitions and disposals, development projects and landlords and tenants. Ideally you will be between NQ and 5 years qualified. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident working with a team of busy, quality lawyers on these large and complex deals. You will need to be well organised and able to work to strict deadlines.
