This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled facilities coordinator to join a leading City based law firm. The successful individual will report to the office manager and will provide first class support to the facilities team.

You will support the office manager with daily maintenance as indicated on the facilities management system, assist with daily and weekly health and safety inspections, coordinate power/data requirements as well as assist with office moves. Further duties will include liaising with fire wardens and first aiders to ensure training is kept updated.

Candidates will have previously worked within a busy facilities department, ideally in the legal sector and will have gained experience of supervising staff. Previous experience of mechanical and electrical aspects as well as building management issues is an advantage. Core hours for this vacancy are 8-30am to 4-30pm but flexibility is required, you may be required to work weekends during busy periods.
