My client is a top tier Legal 500 specialist family law practice based in Buckinghamshire. Due to recent success, my client are now looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join their highly reputable team of lawyers, all of which, are members of Resolution, the national body of family lawyers.

The successful Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive will be handling a high quality caseload of 100% privately funded family work.

The caseload will include;

  • Full range of divorce
  • Ancillary relief
  • Private children matters
  • Pre-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation disputes.

The successful candidate should have experience in;

  • Dealing with all aspects of divorce and medium to high net worth financial remedy cases.
  • Dealing with private children matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional client care.

My client pride themselves on having a cohesive team who provide excellent support, training, and on-going development, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a 2-5 year PQE (or equivalent) to work within a team of highly regarded Family Law Specialists.

In return the successful Family Solicitor will receive an above market rate salary, and a discretionary bonus, whilst working in a very well-established family team with fantastic opportunities to progress.
