This highly esteemed Corporate team deal with high value transactions for a wide client base including multinational, Plc and owner managed businesses.

The role:

* General corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, banking and finance, private equity and high value transactions.
* High quality caseload

* Six years PQE plus
* Broad knowledge of corporate matters
