Our client a boutique UK law firm based in the City are recruiting for a CRM & Digital Executive to join their Marketing and Business Development team to help develop and maintain the day to day management of the firms CRM database and digital marketing strategy. Working closely with all business service groups and firmwide partners and associates, you will be the go to person for all CRM and marketing communications duties. Duties in this role will include:

  • Working with the Marketing & Business Development teams to develop CRM into a position for use in business development initiatives
  • Set up and configure new joiners or deactivate accounts for leavers
  • Acts as an advocate for effective CRM database use
  • Assist the Marketing team with the execution of campaigns and mailings
  • Implementing and measuring email, website and social media marketing campaign activity
  • Ensuring relevant information is clearly and professionally communicated to external and internal stakeholders/partners
  • Writing and proofreading content
  • Focusing on the firm’s website (maintenance, updates, press releases managing the on-going relationship with consultants, etc)
  • Developing and implementing an SEO strategy
  • Social media enhancement through, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, etc
  • Create Email campaigns and monitor responses and trends
  • Work with the marketing team on various projects throughout the marketing calendar

 

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Educated to degree level, currently studying CIM qualification        
  • Previous experience in either a marketing or CRM role within a Law Firm or Professional Services
  • System and data management experience including administrator experience of Salesforce (OnePlace)
  • Experience of working with senior members of staff
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a forward thinker
