RTA Litigation Executive.
Specialist Personal Injury practice in Chester is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Executive/Solicitor to join its dedicated Personal Injury department due to their continued expansion and ever growing client base.
The Personal Injury department deals with RTA matters, from pre-litigated Portal and credit hire files to complex high value litigated RTA claims.
As part of their dedicated, progressive and forward thinking team, you will handle your own caseload of litigated Personal Injury (RTA) files, from initial instruction right through to settlement or trial.
It is expected you will have in excess of three years' experience handling litigated files, as part of a regarded Personal Injury department. The team is genuinely close knit and collegiate, working with an open door policy and affording you the opportunity to develop your skillset fully.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary (guideline circa £30,000) and an additional benefits package - including that rarest of beasts in Chester, free on-site parking!
