Banking & Finance Associate 1-4 Years’ PQE
An opportunity for a bilingual Banking & Finance Associate to join an international law firm at their Dubai office has presented itself. My client is looking for an experienced individual and therefore offer a very generous salary and benefit package.
My client is looking for a 1-4 years PQE Banking & Finance Associate, someone who can hit the ground running. You will be undertaking many tasks which include but is not limited to handling general banking contracts; drafting finance and UAE security documentation, managing finance transactions, leveraged/acquisition finance, project finance, drafting loan agreements, regulatory finance, assisting financial institutions and many other similar duties.
The Ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, have international law firm experience and have civil law background. Banking & Finance Associates with western qualifications will have an advantage.
