Company Commercial Solicitor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly-regarded regional law firm based in Chesterfield are looking to appoint a Company Commercial Solicitor. They are ideally seeking to appoint someone who is 1-2 years PQE however they are open to receiving applications from candidates at all levels as long as they are able to demonstrate solid experience.

You will work provide Commercial advice for small and medium sized businesses on a variety of cases to include:

• Business acquisitions and disposals
• New Business advice/Business set-up
• Shareholder agreements
• Partnerships agreements and commercial terms
• Agency, distribution and franchise agreements
• IT contracts
• Limited companies, partnerships and limited liability partnerships
• Joint Ventures
