Commercial Associate Solicitor IT/IP.
Widely regarded at the fore of this exciting field, this UK Top 50 practice is seeking a commercial technology associate NQ - 3 years of experience to join either their Glasgow office.
With clients of the highest calibre, the quality of work is without question - as is the first class development and mentoring opportunity on offer. This exciting role will offer the chance to gain experience across a variety of commercial agreements including IP, data-protection, licencing, outsourcing agreements, software development agreements. You will also benefit from working within a well rounded practice whose expertise sits over a range of sectors including finance, pharma, life sciences, fintech, healthcare and much more.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor (Scots or English), who at the more junior level can demonstrate a passion for the field, those with a little more post qualified experience should be able to demonstrate experience across some or all of the above areas, though not necessarily sectors.
