Commercial Litigation Senior Solicitor/Associate.
A superb opportunity has arisen for a commercial litigation senior solicitor/associate, with a minimum of three years' PQE, to join this highly ranked firm, based in Aberdeen.
The team has a wide ranging and successful property, commercial and corporate dispute practice and promotes advocacy and negotiation skills in all areas of dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' pqe in commercial litigation work. You should be comfortable in dealing with a mixed and varied workload, requiring sound technical and professional judgement including the ability to analyse risk and justify decisions to clients internally and externally.
You will deal with both commercial and private clients, as well as supporting in-house functions.
