Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Paralegal.
Our client is a well established law firm who have many years of experience across the whole of the property sector. They are committed to building relationships and understanding your needs. They now seek an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor/senior paralegal to join their welcoming and highly-regarded residential conveyancing team in Edinburgh. You will become a valued member of the team and be surrounded by a wealth of experience.
To be considered for this residential conveyancing solicitor/senior paralegal opportunity you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of property matters, and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion.
Your role will involve dealing with a full range of high quality property transactions including sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, examining title, re-mortgages as well as new build developments and delivering a first-class customer service.
Ideally you will be a residential conveyancing solicitor with 2-4years’+ PQE or an experienced senior paralegal, and have a proven track record in handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions.
If you are a self-motivated and driven residential conveyancing solicitor/senior paralegal who is keen to join a highly regarded conveyancing team, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
