You should be at associate or senior associate level, having trained and gained experience at a rival top 100 UK Law firm.
 
 
Specialist areas covered by the Corporate department are:

• mergers and acquisitions
• public company and private equity transactions
• corporate fundraisings
• investments and restructurings
• stock market listings and joint ventures
• complex restructuring an complex acquisitons and disposals
• mutli-jurisdictional and mutli-party deals
