Family Solicitor

The Family team at a highly regarded firm in Berkshire is seeking an ambitious junior solicitor to join their practice. The team is recognised in both The Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories. This is a great opportunity for a junior solicitor to take the next step in their career.

Role

• Manage own caseload with minimal supervision
• Work on a range of matters such as Private Children Act proceedings, medium to high value matrimonial finance, cohabitation disputes and pre/post-nuptials
• Provide legal advice where necessary

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years PQE
• 2.1 degree or higher
• Experience in multiple aspects of family law (strong family practice background)
• Confident and commercial approach in providing legal advice
• Excellent communication skills
• Accreditation or mediation skills a bonus
