Commercial Lawyer - Sweden or Germany

Our client is a market leader, are well established and enjoy an excellent reputation. An MNC, they have operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia - and continue to grow. 

Fford & Stone is seeking a Swedish or German qualified lawyer for a permanent position to be based in either Sweden or Germany. The role will address exciting projects, negotiate high-worth contracts with customers and handle many other commercial legal matters.

For consideration you must;

• Be a lawyer qualified in Sweden or Germany
• Be familiar with commercial / industrial / engineering law
• Speak fluent Swedish / German and English.
• Possess in-house experience within manufacturing, engineering or compatible industries 
• Be able to hit the ground running and used to dealing with a variety of complex commercial legal matters including, contract drafting, project work and dispute resolution 
• Have a demonstrable track-record in maintaining productive business relationships with key internal and external partners

The role will provide exposure to big-ticket project work and high-level negotiations as part of a close-knit, dynamic multi-national team. You must be robust, articulate and driven. Excellent prospects are available for all team members that distinguish themselves.
