The Role

  • To manage a caseload of sale and purchase transactions in the early stages.
  • Drafting contracts and searches in an accurately and timely manner.
  • Chasing customers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties for information and documentation.
  • Ensure issues revealed in the initial questionnaires are identified and flagged as soon as possible.

The Candidate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work strongly in a team.
  • Good time management and organisation abilities.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
