The Role
- To manage a caseload of sale and purchase transactions in the early stages.
- Drafting contracts and searches in an accurately and timely manner.
- Chasing customers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties for information and documentation.
- Ensure issues revealed in the initial questionnaires are identified and flagged as soon as possible.
The Candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work strongly in a team.
- Good time management and organisation abilities.
- Experience of working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
