Legal Counsel (Hotel Group) UK/EU or German Qualified

A global US Hotelier with an array of highly regarded brands is seeking a junior Commercial Lawyer, either German or EU qualified, to join their Commercial Business Unit based in Frankfurt. You will support the Managing Director for EMEA, Senior Developer and other stakeholders who rely upon the legal departments input for Europe.

The role is based in Frankfurt where you'll report to the Head of Legal based and work on numerous commercial contracts in both German and English, so candidates must be bilingual, however non-German Qualified lawyers will be considered. The Head of Legal will provide training relating to standard form agreements and documents which will be primarily used on a daily basis. There is a huge sense of unity, team-work and collaboration amongst the Legal team where on a regular basis you travel to numerous global Head Offices for Legal Team catch-ups.

Candidates with some level of understanding around franchise and developer agreements would be advantageous but not essential. This opportunity will expose you to an amazing quality of work where you'll gain excellent commercial law experience and will naturally become more pragmatic from working alongside senior management.
