Legal Counsel - Commercial / IP / IT
Wiltshire - Commutable from Bath, Bristol and Swindon
Due to growth, our client a leading AIM listed company have a rare opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team of professional and established in-house lawyers.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel this role is the perfect varied in-house commercial role. Drawing from the expertise of the legal team you will work across the business to provide support for a wide range of corporate, commercial and regulatory legal matters arising with a clear focus on managing risk. This role will also involve some interesting project work.
This company has an incredibly positive people culture, therefore they are looking for a strong commercial lawyer who has the ability to integrate and communicate effectively and genuinely across the business. Experience in intellectual property development, protection and commercialisation and IT contracting would be beneficial.
