Your new role
A mid-level position within the company's sizeable London legal function, reporting into the Legal Director. You will negotiate high-value technology outsourcing deals with a supplier side focus, learning from experienced colleagues. You will also lead on intellectual property, TUPE and ad hoc data protection matters, building relationships with internal stakeholders and clients alike. Working within a flexible and accommodating culture, you will be entrusted with significant levels of responsibility, with the chance to build a long-term career at an organisation that values self-development highly.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK-qualified lawyer with exposure to outsourcing and/or high-value technology contracts negotiations. You will have approximately 4-6 PQE (guide only), ideally with a mixture of private practice and in-house exposure. You will be accustomed to working on high-value transactions and be skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The team is down to earth and friendly, yet also commercially astute and able to stand its ground to the business and clients when necessary - the client is looking for someone who can fit into that approachable but robust culture.
