Head of Legal - Commercial (In House)

An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer to join a market leading global organisation as their Head of Commercial. This is a senior position that is heavily embedded within the business and integral to their commercial objectives moving forward. There is a strong focus towards sourcing and there will also be the opportunity to manage a contained team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice in relation to strategic sourcing arrangements as well as a wide range of supplier agreements
• Management of a small team focused on sourcing and commercial matters
• Working closely with the wider legal function supporting product development
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a wide range of contracts relating to the matters above.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with solid sourcing/commercial experience and the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the business.
