Located within the Finance & Projects Division, you will join an international team with significant resource in each of our offices in the UK and internationally and be expected to and engage with colleagues and clients on legal developments in a concise and relevant manner, including the development of briefings, events and seminars.
The successful candidate must be an experienced banking lawyer or PSL with (ideally relevant transactional) experience of working in a banking team at a top tier firm. Previous experience of working as part of an in-house legal team (either permanently or as a secondee) would advantageous but is not a prerequisite for the role.
