Commercial Litigation Lawyer

An elite offshore law firm is seeking a commercial litigation lawyer to join its Hong Kong Dispute Resolution team. This is a great opportunity for a junior litigation lawyer who is keen to work in one of the most exciting locations in the world, as part of a friendly team which sets the highest standards professionally, but which retains a down to earth and friendly culture.

The Role

• Working closely with some of the leading Partners in the market, you will be advising Asia based clients on the BVI and Cayman law aspects of high-value cross-border cases.
• You can expect a varied, fast-paced and technically challenging practice which includes plenty of scope for taking on responsibility and client facing work.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• UK Qualified lawyers with 3 – 4 years’ PQE ideal (NQs with strong academics and at least one relevant seat encouraged to apply)
• Experience gained at a leading commercial law firm or barristers chambers
• Experience of high-value commercial, banking, insolvency and/or financial services litigation would be an asset
