A top-tier international firm are looking to hire a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Leicester, the successful applicant will receive an annual salary of up to £40,000.
Responsibilities of your new role
Working as part of the highly regarded Commercial Dispute Resolution team, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting senior members of staff fully with complex matters;
- Running own caseloads under supervision;
- Research and drafting documents including witness statements and court paperwork and liaising with opponents, counsel and experts; and
- Providing a client focused approach, giving commercial advice for timely dispute resolution.
Required skills, experience and qualifications
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will demonstrate:
- NQ-3 years of PQE;
- Experience in contentious matters;
- Desire to specialise in commercial dispute resolution; and
- Any experience in advocacy is beneficial, but not essential.
Salary
The firm are offering their new hire an excellent starting salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
