Proposals Associate Manager

A leading international law firm is looking for a Proposals Associate Manager to join their team in their London office. Sitting within the Finance and Capital Markets team you will assist in all proposals and tender efforts for the sector. The Proposals Associate Manager will work closely with the Client & Market Development team to support significant pitches and the maintenance of marketing materials around the pitch process. This is a newly created role due to an increase of business and a great opportunity to really make an impact.

You will also work closely with Partners and BD management throughout the full bid process so must be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels. You will be expected to be able to work autonomously while also drawing upon and collaborating with resources and functions around the firm. 

Duties include:

• Managing pitch documentation and reporting
• Managing Directories and Awards submission deadlines
• Maintaining and developing the resources and tools available for pitching across the firm
• Providing appropriate support and project management on pitches (including strategic planning, preparation of documents, rehearsals and presentations and post tender review)
• Coordinating with colleagues in the wider team
• Determining the ways in which the team can add value to the pitch process
• Best practice and win/loss debriefing.
