Equity Capital Markets Associate, London.

Our client is an excellent legal brand with a top tier ranked practice for most, if not all, of its work and the firm is well-known for its corporate, commercial, banking and finance, dispute resolution, real estate and tax. The equity capital markets team is now looking for a talented individual to manage a high-value case load and premium client base.

The successful solicitor will join an enthusiastic and fast pace equity capital markets team, and they deliver a seamless service to financial investor clients and investment banks, both in the UK and on a global scale. The work is focused on equity capital markets ad derived products.

Applications are invited from strong corporate finance or equity capital markets solicitors, who have solid experience and at least 2 years PQE and have trained and qualified with another top London or international law firm. It is essential that candidates have exceptional academics.
