Senior Client Relationship Executive – Real Estate

A talented Senior Client Relationship Executive is needed to join a top ten global law firm in the heart of London.

The Relationship Executive will be managing the firm's day-to-day relationship with the firms’ largest clients and developing a deep knowledge of their needs and strategy. You will be working closely with the Client Relationship Partner and the wider Business & Development team to actively identify opportunities to develop and strengthen the client relationship.

Responsibilities include:

• Account planning & strategy
• Client team assembly and co-ordination
• Mentoring client partner
• Creation and monitoring of contact programme & relationship mapping
• Monitoring and Reporting on financial performance
• Running internal meetings and feedback sessions with clients
• External client relationship development

Requirements:

• You will have strong previous experience of working in a business development/client relationship environment, preferably in a law firm
• Prior knowledge and experience of working with Real Estate clients would be advantage.
• Previous experience in managing client relationships either as part of a practice area or sector role or in a dedicated client development role
• Strategically and commercially-minded with the ability to translate emerging business issues and developments into opportunities to develop the client relationship
• Overall, you must have the ability to build strong relationships including partners.
