Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel sought by London office of US listed Technology group due to expansion of the team to support increasing sales.

Reporting to Head of Legal UK, this Legal Counsel position provides commercially minded and pragmatic legal support on a variety of matters; along with drafting, negotiating and advising upon contracts for IT procurement, maintenance and professional services, as well as for managed and cloud Services. The role will assist on a broad range of commercial contracts, employment matters, data protection, litigation/dispute management, real estate, corporate compliance and others as required.

The successful applicant to this Legal Counsel position will engage in all commercial contracting for both the UK business and several of their International operating subsidiaries outside of the US within the EMEA and APAC regions.

If you are a recently qualified (circa 1-3 year PQE) Solicitor with previous experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial transactions (ideally within another Technology organisation) and seeking rewarding career within a successful, growing group then apply now to avoid disappointment.
