A boutique credit specialist has an opening for a senior finance paralegal to join their London team.

The Role

  • You will provide legal advice and support to this small business, working on a range of documents (such as loan and ancillary documents).  
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, so advanced client contact skills are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in corporate finance or debt finance is a pre-requisite for this role
  • Private practice background required
  • Current employment as a paralegal in a well-regarded financial institution beneficial
  • Commercial awareness and ability to multitask essential
