One of Birmingham's most rapidly growing law firms has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Lawyer to join them as a Paralegal Team Leader. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants the challenge of applying their legal mind but without the same pressures of billing. A genuine opportunity to do something different.

The firm have an international reach, working with blue-chip, global businesses providing a full commercial legal service. They are based out of modern, dynamic offices in the heart of Birmingham's business district and are growing rapidly with ambitious plans for their future.

They have a transactional team of Paralegals who support their Lawyers UK-wide by providing an efficient document service to the firm's clients. This work includes due diligence, document review, preparing lengthy legal documents and others. This team is integral to the firm's smooth running and this role will supervise a team of Paralegals.

You will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, allocating workload, project management, putting together cost schedules and dealing with queries.

You will need to be an experienced manager who also has a strong legal background to be able to deal with escalated queries. You will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills both oral and written.
