A leading law firm based in Leeds are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Charity, Social Economy and Employment Team.

A successful candidate would be working with one of the largest and most successful Charities teams outside London and the role requires an Employment Lawyer with the ability to advise charities, social enterprise and private clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The Employment Lawyer role holds several responsibilities including the provision of expert legal advice to a wide range of clients, ensuring files are managed in compliance with office procedures and assisting in the preparation and delivery of seminar-related presentations.

Based in Leeds, this position is for an Employment Lawyer with up to 4 years PQE*. Naturally, you will need to be able to take ownership of workload and deliver excellent service to clients, as well as support other fee earners in the team in order to help manage their caseloads. The candidate's treatment of information regarding the firm, its clients and their personal and business affairs as wholly confidential is essential, and prior experience in HR, litigation of similar roles would be extremely beneficial.

This Employment Law role benefits from an excellent salary and would suit an IT literate candidate with strong organisational and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise work effectively and individual with a good numerical capacity.
