Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive

A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly reputable firm based at their office in North Yorkshire. The role will involve managing a caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, remortgages & transfers of equity. The role has arisen due to expansion in the team and is offered on a permanent basis. Salary is upwards of £30k.

My client is a well established and highly regarded service private practice based in Scunthorpe. The have high staff retention and offer plenty of opportunities for progression and development.

Applications are invited from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System. You should be a team player and be able to get along with others and enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused within a friendly and supportive environment.
