Senior Legal Counsel - Technology

Leading telco is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their busy team on an initial 3-6 month+ rolling contract. This role is based west of London, commencing ASAP and suited to an 8+ year PQE commercial technology lawyer.

Reporting to the Head of Legal for the commercial legal team you will be responsible for;

- drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements including hardware, software contracts, outsourcing and technology contracts

- supporting the procurement team on large 'buy side' activities and transactions

- providing support on corporate activity, JVs and business partners

- taking a proactive lead on wider business projects, being a key point of contact for key stakeholders across the business

To be considered for this role you will be 8+ years PQE as a guide, trained in a reputable firm preferably with recent in-house experience in a similar role. You will have a commercial approach with a strong technical skill set and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
