Our clients are looking for a Newly Qualified solicitor or trainee in the last seats of their training contract to join their dynamic and experienced Family department.
The firms I recruit for all offer progression and support at the early stages of an NQ's career however will only consider an NQ that shows initiative, confidence and willingness to preform in a Private Practice environment.

My Clients are based all over London and greater London.
Description
Key responsibilities for a Family NQ will include:
- Attend meetings with clients
- Work on any on-going matters, which might involve: researching similar cases to your own, analysing points of law or drafting legal documents, such as witness statements
-Investigate and evaluate evidence that might be beneficial for your client
-Negotiate with opposition to attempt to reach a settlement agreement
-File applications in the Family Court
-Meet with barristers to discuss a matter that is going to trial
-Attend hearings in court before a judge or jury
Profile
A successful candidate for the Family NQ position will:
- Have completed a law degree and receive a 2:1
- Completed and passed the LPC
- Have had relevant experience in Family law by either sitting a seat in Family law during their training contracts or via other qualifying routes
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about Family law and want to progress their career in this area
