The Role

They are looking for an Insolvency Solicitor with NQ - 4 years PQE to join their practice in Reading, Berkshire.

If successful you can expect a balance of public and private sector work and your responsibilities might include but not be limited to retail leases and agreements, mixed use site development matters, due diligence and client support.

This role will support prestigious clients including banks, lenders, insolvency firms, companies and individuals on high value deals, in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You would work on both personal & corporate insolvency matters, including but not limited to, advisory, transactional and contentious insolvency. The successfully appointed candidate will be given an opportunity to work on a variety of matters, both autonomously and as part of the wider team.

Requirements:

• You will be a NQ Solicitor with a working knowledge of either litigation, property, trust or company law
• Insolvency experience & client contact experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills both spoken & written
• Highly meticulous and commercially focused
• Strong interest in business development
