Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive.
I have a great conveyancing role, suitable for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a well-established and successful Warwickshire based firm, for their Leamington office.
My client has provided legal services to the Warwickshire (Coventry, Leamington, Warwick, Nuneaton...etc) area for many years and has an experienced and talented conveyancing team. Due to succession planning they are looking to bring an established conveyancing fee earner into their Leamington office who can work closely with senior property fee earners on a range of sales, purchase and remortgage matters for clients largely based local to the area. As the role has very good long term career prospects, they are looking for the successful candidate to participate in marketing and business development work, building strong relationships with local agents and referrers that the firm currently works with, but also beyond the firm's current client base.
In return the firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment, on going training and support from senior staff and a generous salary, bonus and benefits package. This is a great role for someone working in the local area who may not see a lot of career progression in their current firm, and are seeking a role with the potential to improve your financial situation and career prospects.
