Private Hard Goods Corporation seeks Junior Corporate Finance Legal Counsel for London office | Competitive package + excellent prospects

A leading Global Hard Goods Company is seeking a junior corporate finance legal counsel, to join their in-house team in Central London. The position has arisen due to the company’s exceptional growth over recent years.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the general counsel and supporting one of the senior trade / finance lawyers, the successful legal counsel will have duties including:

• Mergers & acquisitions.
• Resolutions.
• PoAs, NDAs and confidentiality agreements.
• Corporate authorities.
• General trading and shipping, compliance (e.g. trade sanctions), and other general legal queries.
• Working knowledge of finance facilities, security and guarantees.

What you’ll bring to the team

The firm are keen to speak with junior lawyers who can demonstrate:

• City or Legal 500 training.
• Commercial acumen.
• In-house legal counsel experience (Secondment or otherwise).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
