Private Equity Associate

We have a rare opportunity to join a world-renowned Private Equity team at a global heavyweight firm, headquartered in the US.  The firm is well known for their Corporate expertise and enviable client base.

In this role you will work with the firm’s extensive client base advising mainly on mergers and acquisitions and shareholder agreements.  You will also have dealings in joint ventures, start-ups and private equity transactions.  The department acts for a number of leading private equity cases, as such a clear focus on private equity work is a pre-requisite for this role.

You will have at least 2 years’ PQE, a strong academic profile and experience from a leading firm renowned for their corporate private equity work. Your experience will also include advising clients both in the UK and in Europe.  This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Private Equity Solicitor to join a reputable leading firm with a competitive salary and bonus package.
