Are you keen to join a US firm who are at the forefront of the real estate finance market?
My client has advised on many of the seminal deals in the city over recent years, and have a healthy spread of lender, funds, investors and developers as clients both in the UK and internationally.
They are now hiring a Real Estate Finance Associate to join their team. It is important you have some experience financing complex, large scale developments through a variety of lending products, and they need to see both depth and variety in your CV. You will also have a strong academic track record and be comfortable working on your own initiative with supervision and support when needed.
The firm prides themselves on their ability to develop junior and mid-level lawyers, hence you will have a highly bespoke development plan put in place for you soon after joining.
Salary for this role is very competitive, and traditionally the bonus payments in the team are attractive.
