Corporate Restructuring Associate

Our client, a leading US firm, have an opening in their restructuring team. They are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their market leading and expanding department.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, with solid experience in finance and restructuring work. You will demonstrate commercial acumen with strong technical ability.

The role will involve advising financial institutions, creditors and Insolvency Practitioners on a range of work. The department act for a range of clients and although a following isn’t necessary, you should already be able to demonstrate a track record of winning and developing clients.

This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious associate to join a well-regarded firm with a view to pushing for Partnership.
