This leading, commercially minded US firm is currently looking to expand their Capital Markets offering. They are looking for a committed, enthusiastic junior – mid level Capital Markets lawyer who is keen to take the step up to Associate level.
The successful candidate will have previous exposure to UK Capital Market matters, to include: ECM; DCM and some cross over into HY Bonds and Derivatives.
