Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Vetting and review/analysis of client tender/contract documentation
* Drafting contracts and other legal documentation and progressing contract negotiation to completion
* Maintaining and retaining all key legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with approvals policies and procedures;
* Liaison with internal and external clients as required.
Profile
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor with 3 plus years PQE
* Experience of Commercial contracts
* Good commercial acumen
* Ability to effectively plan and organise multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
* Ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically and ability to communicate with all levels of the business (internal and external)
